Australia-based South Sudanese star-girl, Beckie Johnz has released a new song titled ‘Everywhere’. The hit, her first project of 2022, is inspired by a story about a woman wanting a man to submit to her needs and vice versa.
Having last released a song at the close of 2021, as part of her ‘Just the Beginning’ Album, Beckie says that she wanted to differ from the usual heartbroken emotions in songs with the new release.
“I just wanted to do something different and be a superwoman,” she says.
The ‘Everywhere’ lyrics give a listener a unique sound of Beckie, a mark she believes gives the song a different vibe. “You can dance to it, and you can also chill out and vibe with it, and my hope is for it to be well received,” she adds.
Beckie teamed up with Daddy Andre, who produced the song, on the project. Having already worked with him on multiple projects, this contributed to the extra vibe that ‘Everywhere’ has.
“He’s a very persistent producer, which I admire. It’s different when the actual producer who’s working on the song is the one to guide you! And for that, I’m grateful, and it’s the moments I’ll never take for granted,” she says.
With the new single now out, Beckie says an Album is the last stage.
“It’s just a matter of setting the release date, and we are good to go! This is my first album, and I want to give it my very best so that when it’s released, there are no regrets.”
